Refund Policy

On-Premise (Free)

The on-premise edition of Qonda Monitor is provided free of charge. No payment is required for installation, use, or upgrades. As there is no fee, no refund applies.


SaaS (Hosted by Qonda)

The SaaS edition is billed monthly on a per-server basis. The following terms apply to all SaaS subscriptions.

Cancellation

You may cancel your SaaS subscription at any time from your account settings or by contacting us. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period. You retain access to the service until that date.

Refunds for Partial Months

Subscription fees are charged monthly in advance and are non-refundable for any partial month already billed. If you cancel mid-period, you will not be charged again but no credit or refund is issued for the remaining days.

Refunds for Service Termination by Ope Ltd

If Ope Ltd terminates or discontinues the SaaS service, subscribers will receive a pro-rata refund for any prepaid period that has not yet been used, calculated from the date of termination.

Billing Errors

If you believe you have been charged in error, please contact us within 30 days of the charge. We will investigate and issue a refund if a billing error is confirmed.
